SELECTION PROCEDURE ‘The Faculty Advisors in consultation with the Editor-in-Chief of the Lexcellence, 2023-24, shall ‘appoint the Office Bearers and Student Representatives of the Lexcellence, 2024-25 for the short listed applications. Short-listing of candidates is to be done based on the criteria laid down in Annexure. : ‘The selection process shall be fair and transparent and based on principles of Natural Justice and Rule of Law. APPLICATION GUIDELINES Interested students must submit the following through an e-mail: i, An Application Letter specifying the post(s) for which the application is submitted along with contact information of the applicant. ii, Curriculum Vitae/Resume containing list of achievement as specified in the annexure or Work Sample (in case of application for Chief Designer or Assistant Designer(s) including experiences in managing websites). fii, A Statement of Purpose of not more than 500 words elucidating briefly the applicant's interest and motivation, including future contributions for the amelioration of the Lexcellence. The e-mail containing the application shall have “Application for the Lexcellence 2024-25" as the subject of the e-mail. The e-mail in the prescribed format shall be sent. to [Link]@[Link] on or before 18.00 hours IST on 09* of January, 2025. Applications sent to any other e-mail id shall not be considered by selection. The final list of selected candidates shall be published.
