MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:-
1. That the above matter is pending for adjudication before this hon’ble

court and is fixed for NDOH on 04.10.2024.

2. That the present applicant accused urges request for change of surety

from Sh. Kartik S/O Satbir vide RC NO. DL1CW7614 to Sh. Ishant S/O

laxmi Naryan vide RC NO. DL3SCY9079 in the above said matter, as

earlier surety wishes to sell his vehicle. Hence this application for change

of surety (the copy of previous and proposed RC enclosed).

3. That the above- mentioned reason is bonafide and the applicant accused

confirms the production of original required supporting documents in the

change of surety in the above said matter.


PRAYER

It is therefore, prayed that the present applicant/ accused namely Satinder

may kindly be allowed to change surety from Sh. Kartik S/O Satbir Vide

RC NO DL1CW7614 to Sh. Ishant S/O Laxmi Narayan Vide RC NO.

DL3SCY9079, in the interest of justice.
