BACKGROUND:
These places are commonly found in rural or natural settings, providing guests with a peaceful
atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of urban life. Located in a tranquil or scenic environment. It
is a place where individuals or groups can take a break, unwind, and rejuvenate.
The resthouse is located in bukid often offer a serene environment, beautiful landscapes, and a
chance to experience rural life.
DESIGN PROBLEM
1. Road in front and in right side are 3meters wide.
2. The site is facing NORTH.

4. Provide proper setbacks.
5. Implement waste reduction strategies, recycling programs, and responsible waste disposal to
minimize the environmental impact of solid waste.
MINIMUM SPACE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Site development such as Landscaping, Easements, Existing features, Driveways, etc.
2. Private spaces for the owner and for the visitors
3. Common spaces for both users

4. Point Deduction for not following Direction. (-5pts)
