Ensuring the continuity in operations for highly automated in-plant manufacturing processes (Battery pack manufacturing ,
Engine Critical parts Machining, Welding, Painting Process, Engine Assembly , Complete Vehicle Assembly and maintenance
) round the clock while driving operational excellence using TPM frame work. Managing front line workforce and
coordinating with multiple stakeholder with in and across the functions while maintaining harmonious industrial
relationships to meet organization objective in terms of QCD parameters of new and existing products.

Job Description: Team Manager - Operations (Projects, Production Engineering, Production )
Location & Work Schedule: India locations ( Sricity , Gurgaon , Halol) . In plants, we have 06 days
works scheduled which operates in 3 shifts (24 hours).
Job Summary: As Team Manager- Chemical engineering, you will be part of a dynamic team
responsible for Managing EV battery manufacturing processes w.r.t chemical safety, production
management and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Multi model EV project Planning: Assist in the development of New EV battery, defining
project scope, goals, and deliverables, in alignment with the Operations Vertical's objectives.
2. Battery Manufacturing process Management: They collaborate with R&D, QA, DIT ,
Production Engineering and Production teams to innovate and test new formulations and
designs
3. Process Optimization: work on developing and optimizing battery materials, to improve
performance, energy density, cost effectiveness, lower rejections, higher safety and lifespan.
4. Design FMEA and Continuous Improvement: Participate in Battery Design FMEA to
identify the process improvement to foster a culture of operational excellence and drive
innovation.
5. Quality Assurance & Safety: Assist in quality management & battery process safe
operations and Battery safety measures while ensuring adherence to industry standards
and specifications.
6. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project reports, documentation, and
presentations for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:
● Completed (M.E./M.Tech/ B.Tech) in Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
● Basic understanding of Battery manufacturing processes, systems, Standards, project
management principles.
● Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey project updates and ideas
effectively.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, challenging
work environment.
● Enthusiasm to learn, take ownership of tasks, and contribute to the success of projects and
the Operations Vertical.
