MEMORANDUM
One Day District Level Training for Medical Officers and Nursing Officers on NCD-
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease & Asthma (COPD & Asthma) under NP-NCD of
NHM, DH&FWS- Khowai will be held in the conference hall of O/o the Chief Medical
Office
er, Khowai District, Tripura, Dhalabil at 11:00 AM onwards on | 2/02/2025.
The following participants are hereby requested to attend the training programme
as per date, time and venue mentioned above:~
1. One Medical Officer from cach health institutions ie. DH/SDH/CHC/PHC’s
having under Khowai District.
2. Two nos. of Nursing Officers from each NCD Clinics i.e. from Khowai DH,
Teliamura SDH and Kalyanpur CHC.
3. One Nursing Officer from each PHC’s under Khowai District.
All participants who will be attending the training on Chronic Obstructive
Pulmonary Disease & Asthma (COPD & Asthma) under NP-NCD of NHM on

/02/2025 are also requested to carry Bank account number, Bank Name, Branch
Name and IFSC code for transferring the Per Diem fund from CMO\K) office.
