Pollution: A Big Problem for Our Earth!

Introduction
Pollution is like making our Earth sick. It happens when we put bad things like smoke,
garbage, and dirty water into nature. This is not good for animals, plants, or people. We
must work together to make our Earth happy and clean again.

What is Pollution?
Pollution is when we dirty the air, water, or soil. It’s like spilling paint on a beautiful
picture—it makes everything messy!

Kinds of Pollution
1. Air Pollution: This happens when smoke from cars and factories makes the air dirty.
Breathing this air can make us cough and feel unwell.

2. Water Pollution: When we throw trash or chemicals in rivers and oceans, it makes the
water dirty. Fish and animals in the water get hurt too.

3. Soil Pollution: Putting too much garbage or chemicals on the ground makes the soil bad
for growing plants.

Why Pollution is Bad

Pollution makes people and animals sick. It can cause problems like coughing, bad tummy
aches, or even more serious diseases. The plants and animals that give us food and clean air
also suffer.

How Can We Help?

- Clean Up Trash: Put garbage in bins and don’t throw it on the ground.

- Plant Trees: Trees make the air fresh and clean.

- Save Water: Turn off the tap when you’re not using it.

- Carpool or Walk: Share rides or walk to school to make less smoke.

Conclusion
We can all help fix pollution by doing small, kind things for our Earth every day. When we
keep the air, water, and soil clean, we make our planet a better place for everyone—people,
animals, and plants. Let’s be Earth’s best friends!
