Executive summary :
This project is about creating an online App for perishable goods like fruits, vegetables, and
dairy products. Since these items have a short shelf life, we need to manage inventory in real
time to reduce waste and avoid running out of stock. The app will update stock levels
automatically, predict demand, and ensure fast delivery. It will also adjust prices based on how
soon an item will expire. Our goal is to build an easy-to-use, secure, and efficient platform that
improves customer experience and helps businesses reduce losses.
