QUESTION ONE (30 MARKS)

a) Discuss three risks each involved to the system and to the data during the installation of
hardware of components (6 marks)
b) Discuss five tasks to be done before any installation can take place (5 marks)
c) Give some four hardware components that can be installed in a computer (4 marks)
d) Discuss three four functional elements of the computer hardware (8 marks)
e) List any three types of installation one can make (3 marks)
f) Define device drivers as used in computing (2 marks)
g) Define what is meant by a computer drive giving one example of it (2 marks)

has been bought. Kindly assist him on the steps and procedures to follow (7 marks)
