DineConnect Pte. Ltd. (“DineConnect”) is a Singapore-based technology company that provides social networking
service for mobile phones running on iOS and Android platforms. Integrated with restaurant booking feature,
DineConnect app is a platform for people to meet and network over meals and drinks. It enables users to search for
other users based on criteria like age, gender, business interests, social interests, food preference and payment
preference among others. It also recommends “matches” that fulfil users’ criteria using its proprietary algorithm.
DineConnect was founded by Rachel Yang, a globe trotting private art dealer who was always on solo business trips
overseas. Tired of having to have dinners alone all the time, she wished she could meet other fellow travelers over
dinners, sharing experiences and ideas, exchanging insights, turning a boring meal into a pleasant evening over good
conversations. After talking to friends, it turned out that many people are excited about the idea of meeting new
people over meals even in the cities they live in. They reckon that it’s an efficient way to network and widen their
social circles, given the busy work schedules of the urbanites. Not only it is a casual but efficient platform for
strangers to connect over business interests, but also an excellent way to meet potential dates without the pressure
experienced in the traditional dates set up by friends and matchmaking agencies.

Rachel Yang — Founder and Managing Director of DineConnect
After graduated from National University of Singapore as a civil engineer in 2007, Rachel entered the booming art market as a private art dealer
helping private clients source, buy and sell investment-grade paintings and sculptures. DineConnect app is her brainchild after many solo
dinners on her overseas work trips.

DineConnect app is built and maintained by an experienced IT team partially funded by DineConnect and managed by our strategic partner,
health and wellness company Cellihealth Pte. Ltd. based in Singapore and Indonesia. The core IT team is comprised of very experienced mobile
platform development experts with over 10 years of experience in building best-in-class m-commerce applications for Asian and European
markets as well the US. The team has received various awards from Apple and their work products on iPhone and iPad have been selected
several times as best application of the month. The team is lead by Dr. Arne Dettki, who worked extensively with Google, Facebook, Verizon, SK
Telecom and Vodafone on next-generation touchscreen user experiences, the Android platform evolution, multimedia services and mobile
payment solutions.
