BOLD ECOM CHECKLIST

Product Research
Use PiPi ads or FB ad library with Minea extension to find 10–20 products
Ensure they have active ads running
Add them to a Google sheet

Product Criteria (include as columns on your Google sheet)


Clear before & after type visual content (i.e. beauty, health, clothing niches)
Averaging at least 1k days on Shophunter
Has enough content to make 15-25+ ads during testing phase (MINIMUM)
Active competitors (good sign)
Below a 1.5–1.7 BEROAS
Over $25 margin at least
Message your agent to make sure quality matches what's being marketed (shipping agents
included in the server)

Market Research
Watch videos on your product and go through comments
Read through Amazon reviews for products or similar products
Study your customers on Reddit to see how they talk and their main pain points
Figure out main objections
Find out what people like & don't like about your product
Figure out the reason people are buying this product

Creating Your Website / Split Testing


Find 4-5 competitors in similar niches
Add them into Shophunter (you can add more stores into Shophunter if metrics don’t look
great on initial stores)
Find a few with high/consistent rev + you can tell they are dropshipping (shrine theme,
kaching, UpCart, etc.)
Replicate site
Split test pricing, offer, bundles, etc. on different product pages
(BONUS: add in UGC videos with Tolstoy or ReelUp under add to cart button to really help
boost CVR on clothing or problem-solving products)
Creating Video Ads

Add videos to CapCut (recommended) or whatever software you prefer


Replicate winning ads (Keep it as similar to competitors ads but with more visually appealing
clips. Text/Audio can be similar or the same)
Keep on creating 5 new ads every other day based on what's working
Test new video ideas and structures as well

Media Buying

1 CBO 5 ad sets 5 ads at $50 let run for 2–3 days (META)
Identify winning ad or ads
50 → 100 → 200 → 250 → 350 → 500 → etc. (continue scaling as long as you remain profitable)
Keep an eye on CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, & ROAS (ask questions in server if you need help
analyzing)
We recommend USA (But you can also test in EU, AU, CA, UK, NZ, etc.)
