MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


This agreement is entered into by and between JAY-AR B. TULIAO represented by herein by its
Punong Barangay, ROSITA B BALABBO, a public educational institution, with school address at Santa,
Tumauini, Isabela, herein after called the FIRST PARTY and 28 of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of
Sitio Minabang, Santa, Tumauini, Isabela herein after called the SEOND PARTY.

WITNESSETH THAT,

1. That the Volunteer hereby agrees to render his time, effort and services to Santa Elementary School-
Minabang Annex in a volunteer capacity;
2. That the volunteer understands that no compensation of any kind will be given in exchange for these
services and that no employer-employee relationship shall arise thereform;
3. That the volunteer participates in a voluntary work from the execution of contract up to the end of School
Year. The Volunteer further agrees to track his/her hours through the teachers log book and submit them to the
Representative at the end of each month.
4. That the Volunteer agrees to undergo all necessary capacity development activities to perform his duties.
The Volunteer may be asked to perform other duties at any time.
5. That TV’s shall be open to all interest qualified teacher applicants subject to the following terms and
conditions;
a. That TV’s shall render voluntary work for not more than three (3) hours for at least three (30)
working
days within the week;
b. That there will be compensation for the work rendered however, such hours of work rendered will
be
credited as points during the Division Assessment for Teacher-1 in the Division (sec 7.2 Teaching
Experience (TE) per D.O. No.7,s 2015, TV’s earn 15% as TE for every month voluntary work
rendered)
c. That the TV’s shall assist teachers in facilitating learning;
d. That TV’s must at least be living within the vicinity of the school where he/she will intend to serve;
f. That TV’s must abide by the health protocol in the Division and/or DepEd, of the different LGU’s
the
Provincial Government of Isabela and the IATF;
g. That Tv’s shall render no other work except as herein provided.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES hereunto set their hands this 29th of August 2023 at Santa, Sitio
Minabang, Tumauini, Isabela.
