1. Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down. Close your
eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing your body to relax.

2. Start by grounding yourself. Visualize roots growing from the base of your
spine, extending deep into the earth, anchoring you to the ground. Feel the
stability and support of the earth beneath you.

3. Now, focus your attention on the first chakra, the Root Chakra, located at the
base of your spine. Imagine a bright red light glowing at this point. As you
inhale, visualize this red light expanding and growing stronger, bringing a sense
of stability and security. As you exhale, release any tension or fear associated

4. Move your attention to the second chakra, the Sacral Chakra, located in the
lower abdomen. Picture a vibrant orange light here. Inhale deeply, allowing this
orange light to expand, enhancing your creativity, passion, and emotional well-
being. As you exhale, release any guilt or shame connected to this chakra.

5. Shift your focus to the third chakra, the Solar Plexus Chakra, located above the
navel. Imagine a radiant yellow light glowing in this area. Inhale, visualizing

6. Now, bring your attention to the fourth chakra, the Heart Chakra, located in the
