location It is a tunnel through which a train goes under the sea
linking France with the United Kingdom. A journey of
this train lasts
35 minutes. It is the third longest tunnel in the world.

There was an army of a total of 8000 French and English
men. Twelve tunnel boring machines, 200 m long and
weighing 11,000 tons.1,000,000 tons of concrete to cover the
tunnel walls.

Once the excavation was finished, it was necessary to create


a transport network for this, it was necessary to build two
terminals on both sides, railways, and a very large
refrigeration system and for that they use a new army with
all the required materials
