In the modern life these days, using the internet is more and more popular in the general public.

Besides many
positive effects that it brings for our life, there are a lot of negative effects discussed in the following essay.

It is clear that the internet brings us a lot of positive effects for our life, one of the most important positive
effects is that we can find a lot of information quickly, it is very convenient with a lot of functions which help us
a lots. We can know a lot of useful and interesting knowledge . We can find free books on the internet, it helps
us save a lot of time and money, because a book is very expensive if you buy it directly and I have to spend a
lot of time to find it to buy. In addition, another important positive effect is that we can relax after a hard-
working day. After work we can watch interesting movies on the internet, listen to music and play video
games, it is very interesting and attractive, it makes me forget my troubles in my life, it helps us refresh our
mind and we can work better. Therefore, these are a lot of meaningful advantages of using the Internet which
make our life become better and better.

On the orther hand, there are also many negative effects of this problem, one of the most serious negative
impacts is that you can be addicted to the Internet if you use it for a long time. Because it has a lot of
advantages, you are more and more attracted to it. If you don’t use it for a long time, you will feel
uncomfortable. You was addicted to the Internet. That makes you more and more dependent on the Internet.
That is very negative for us! In addition, another serious disadvantage that we need to take into consideration
is that using the Internet isn’t good for our health. Why? Because when you use it for a long time, you can feel
sicken, it destroys our health more and more. My eye is worse and worse because you saw the screen of the
mobile phone or the computer, the blue light from it will destroy your eye and your health. It is very serious!
Therefore, these are many serious disadvantages that we should solve as soon as possible.

In short, many people think that using the Internet is more and more popular in the general public, there are a
lot of positive and negative effects. In my opinion, the positive effects always outweigh the negative effects
clearly.
