let us pray.

Grade 1 , you may now take your seats.

3. Attendance

Okay, I am glad that everyone of you are


present today.

4. Assignment

Grade 1 , do you have an assignment? None , teacher!

5.Classroom Rules

In this class , I have 3 rules.

1. Always Keep Quite , Do not talk with your


seatmates.
2. Raise your right hand every time you would
like to recite.
3. Be Respectful inside or even outside our
classroom.

Let's have the first degree, The positive. Who


can tell some- thing about positive degree? It is describing only one person , place, or
objects.

Absolutely!

1.Positive - it is an ordinary form of adjectives.

• Maria is an old person
• Sarah is a bright student

2. Comparative- shows when two person or


objects being composed.

We have examples here:

•Alyssa is older than Jenng
•Shiela is brighter than Alice

And next the third degree of Comparison is


SUPERLATIVE.

3. Superlative- indicates that the quality or


quantity is it's highest or most intense.

Here are Examples;

•Amira is the bravest person.

Now, what have you noticed about the


comparative and superlative degree? In comparative we add-er while in superlatives
we add -est , teacher!

Exact! That is the first rule in forming the


degree of comparison.
