Subject: CONST: OF DIG RANGE OFFICE AT GILGIT.

1. Your lowest tender rate] for the subject work has been approved by the
competent authority vide their letter No. E6-2(120)/2017-18/1740 dated 24Th July, 2017 for
a total amount of Rs.3,63.16,581/- (Rupees Three Crore Sixty Three Lac Sixteen
Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty One only) with the condition that Sub-Let of work
at any level is not allowed as under: -

1. All Civil Work @ Rs. 45% above on SR items (Rupees Forty Five percent above on
SR items.
2. Internal Electrification © Rs. 75% above on SR items (Rupees Seventy Five
percent above on SR items) only (In all Sub Heads).
3. Water Supply (Police Building) at Rs. 9,28,800/- (Rupees Nine Lac Twenty Eight
Thousand Eight Hundred only).
4. Water Supply (03 No DSP Offices) at Rs. 3,88,200/- (Rupees Three Lac Eighty
Eight Thousand Two Hundred only).
5. Water Supply (Toilet Block) at Rs. 3,95,400/- (Rupees Three Lac Ninety Five
Thousand Four Hundred only).
6. Water Supply (Guard Room) at Rs. 1,11,000/- (Rupees One Lac Eleven Thousand
only).
7. Providing and Fixing of Motors at Rs. 4,90,0001- (Rupees Four Lac Ninety
Thousand only).
2. You are requested to start the work immediately in consultation with Sub Divisional
Officer B&R Sub Division-I GB PWD Gilgit.
3. You are further requested to attend the office of the undersigned within 07 days after
issue of this letter to complete your contract deed.
4. The time limit will be 24 months.
