SIR:

The attached Purchase Order and Notice of Award having been approved, notice
is hereby given to Willy and Sons Carpovation that the delivery may
commence/proceed the sUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SEMI-EXPENDABLE
EXPENSES-OFFICE EQUIPMENT within 7 days as stated in the PO.
Upon receipt of this notice, you are responsible for delivering the goods awarded
to your company as aresult of Canvass where you submitted the lowest calculated and
responsive bid. The said goods/services shall be under the terms and conditions
stipulated in the specifications of the project, and must be delivered within 7 days as
stated in thesP0 from the date this notice. After the deadline of delivery, the
Sagrada Elementary School will deduct one- tenth (1/10) of 1% of the
Contract Price from its Obligated Amount in each day of failed delivery. Actual receipt
of the goods delivered shallbe performed by the Supply Office of this Division.
Please acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this notice by signing both copies
in the space provided below. Keep one copy and return the other to the SAGRADA
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.
