Section II: Key Responsibilities
The Graduate Trainee Program is designed for highly motivated and self-driven
professionals, providing an accelerated development path with the goal of preparing them
for future leadership roles in the MYK Group.
As a Graduate Trainee - Sales at a leading construction chemical company, you will undergo
a structured training program that equips you with in-depth knowledge of the company's
products and services. The program covers both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C
(Business-to-Consumer) markets, sales processes, customer relationship management, and
market development strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop an in-depth understanding of construction chemical products, their
applications, and technical specifications.
• Assist in conducting product demonstrations and explaining technical features to
clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and competitors’ offerings.
• Learn about the company's sales processes and strategies for both B2B and B2C
channels.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and analyze market trends.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop customer-centric approaches.
• Assist senior team members in managing relationships with key clients.
• Attend client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and provide
solutions.
• Engage with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to promote
company products.
• Create customized proposals and technical presentations for clients.
• Support negotiations and deal closures by offering technical insights.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking performance, and analyzing market data.
• Provide feedback to product management and R&D teams based on customer
insights.
• Participate in technical discussions, trade shows, and industry events.

Section III: Job Requirements / Qualifications
• Education: B.Sc (Science background) or BCA.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in technical sales and business development.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in
the construction or chemical industry.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.

2. Aptitude Assessment (Online, Proctored) – 50 MCQs, 1 Hour (Elimination Round)

Round)

5. Personal Interview – 3 Rounds (Conducted Online via MS Teams)
