1. SCOPE OF SERVICES:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course
of the project, including design ideas, financial matters, and construction plans.
8. TERMINATION:

termination, the Client shall compensate the Architect for all services rendered up to the date of
