Sir:

Greetings of Peace and Prosperity!

The PEACI-JPIA Local Chapter is requesting your kind support in allowing Sir
Jamaloden Salacayan and Sir Asnor Tabua to accompany our delegates to the upcoming
Regional Mid-Year Convention that will be conducted by the Region 10 and Caraga at Xavier
University, Cagayan De Oro City. The safety well-being of our students are the UTMOST
PRIORITY of the school. To ensure their supervision and protection and to provide smooth
coordination of activities throughout the convention, the presence of the said faculties is
ESSENTIAL.

Both Sir Jamaloden Salacayan and Sir Asnor Tabua possess significant experience and
leadership skills that are invaluable for supporting, assisting our delegates, offering insights and
addressing the needs of the participants. Their involvement would be invaluable in facilitating
meaningful engagement and ensuring that our delegates have the support they need throughout
the event.

In order to facilitate their attendance, we have outlined the estimated budget for their
their registration fees, accommodation, and transportation

1. Accommodation :5000 pesos, Good for 3 days


2. Transportation :1000 pesos
Total estimated budget: 6000

We kindly request your approval to proceed with the necessary arrangements and funding
to ensure their presence at the convention. Their presence will be highly beneficial, not only for
the success of the event but also for the continued development and support of our delegates
