TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The supplier agrees to supply the complete set of lift as unused, intake and brand new. We
agree to give 01 year Free Servicing, 01 year’ replacement WARRANTY of lift from the
date of commissioning. Motor Guarantee 10 Years.
2. Warranty covers replacement of all spare parts due to manufacturing defects and comes from
bad workmanship. The warranty will not be enforceable if any parts become damage for ill
handling & electrical over / low power supply.
3. After expiry of 01-year free servicing; servicing charge per month for 1 lift will be Tk 2500.00
(Two thousand Five hundred) and it will remain fixed for next 01 year. After 01 year, servicing
charge for the said lifts will be determined by mutual understanding between the parties.
4. Delivery Time: 80±10 days Lift after signing the contract, receiving of first payment as per
schedule and Opening of LC.
5. Documents with machine: The following documents will be handed over with the Lift：
- Packing List
- Qualified Documents (certificates)
- Lift shaft and Machine Room Plan
- Lift Maintenance Documents
- Electrical Principle Layout and Wiring Layout
- Lift Parts Installation Layout

6. Purchaser’s Commitment: The purchaser agrees to make ready the site before installation
as follows:
a. All civil works related with the Lift shaft and Machine Room are be completed
by the purchaser before starting the installation work or within the period of installation
of the lift.

b. The purchaser will provide electrical power of 380 volts, 3 phases, 50 Hz up

to the Machine Room through 63 Amps, 3 phase Circuit Breaker and Distribution Box.
All electrical arrangements for light, celling fan, cooling fan etc. at the Machine Room
are to be completed by the purchaser before starting the installation of Lift. The
purchaser will provide a stair at site for use under their own control for installation of
the lift

7. Exclusion: The followings are excluded from this agreement:

a. All civil works in the machine room or in the lift shaft.
b. Doors for Entrance of Lift.
c. Hook for lifting/fixing Motor at the top (in the Machine room).
d. Cooling System for the device/lift machine.
e. Arrangements of water proofing rap of door above the top floor.
f. Required number of Circuit breaker in machine room and ground floor.
This agreement shall be executed in between two counterparts i.e. Supplier and Purchaser. If the
Supplier could not be carried this Agreement due to Epidemic, Force measures (such as war, civil
riots), Acts of government, Unavoidable political situation etc., the delivery/installation time for the
performance of such obligation shall be extended for the period for which circumstances and their
effects remains enforce.
