An objective, on the other hand, defines the specific, measurable actions each team employee must take to achieve the
overall goal. You must provide all the specific details so that stakeholders will agree on the "definition of DONE". Eg

Although they hold high power, they are not directly involved in
daily decisions, so providing regular updates suffices.
Content Management System Integration of iCMS with various modules, including news updates, an emergency banner, contact
(CMS) directory, A-Z services, and a staff directory. This CMS will allow for the easy updating and
management of website content by non-technical users through a user-friendly editor interface.
Sitemap and Navigation Develop and finalize a comprehensive sitemap in collaboration with Town stakeholders, ensuring that
all essential services (municipal, tourism, ecdev) are easy to navigate. The final sitemap will be
approved after consultation and revisions based on stakeholder input and user testing sessions.
AODA/WCAG 2.0 Compliance Perform rigorous testing to ensure that the website is fully compliant with AODA and WCAG 2.0 AA
Testing standards, including accessibility tests for color contrast, screen reader compatibility, and mobile
responsiveness. This testing will ensure the website can be used by individuals with disabilities.
Browser and Device Testing Conduct comprehensive browser compatibility tests across all major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge,
Firefox) and devices (desktops, tablets, smartphones) to ensure the website displays and functions
correctly in all environments.
Training for Staff Provide two days of hands-on training for Town of Paradise staff on using iCMS. Training will be
delivered via Microsoft Teams and will include a training manual. Post-training, 90 days of support will
be provided for troubleshooting and answering any additional questions.
Go-Live Support Go-live activities include final quality assurance, search engine configuration, SSL certificate
implementation, and friendly URL setup. DNS configuration and redirects will also be managed as part
of the deployment process to ensure a smooth transition from the old site to the new one.
