YOUR DREAM THEME PAGE IN JUST 5 DAYS
Welcome to the 5-Day Theme
Page Challenge!
I want to share a story with you—a story of how I transformed my life
from struggling to thriving, all by tapping into the power of Instagram.
Five years ago, I was where many aspiring entrepreneurs find
themselves: working hard, chasing every opportunity, but still not making
the impact I knew I was capable of. I needed a breakthrough, something
that would allow me to create sustainable income without sacrificing my
time and freedom.
That’s when I discovered a unique strategy that changed everything. This
strategy not only allowed me to build a passive income stream, but it
also led to an incredible journey where I’ve generated over $4.5 million in
revenue.
But that’s not all. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating
with some of the biggest names in the industry—Tony Robbins, Marianne
Williamson, Grant Cardone, Gary Vee, and more. My work has been
featured in major outlets like Forbes, Medium, and the Huffington Post,
and just recently, I hosted the largest virtual event for women, with over
22,000 attendees!
And the best part? I did all of this while growing a massive following of
1.3 million on Instagram—all organically.
Sounds too good to be true? It isn’t. It’s 100% real, and I’m going to share
how I did it in this Guide.
Now it’s time for the big reveal—the strategy that made all of this
possible.
Ready for the Secret?
Drumroll please...........
I CREATED INSTAGRAM THEME PAGES!
Four, to be exact. @bossladiesmindset @girlbossempires
@crowned4success @herqueendom.official
Yes, theme pages—accounts dedicated to specific niches that attract a highly
engaged audience on Instagram and they almost always go viral, if you create
them right.
My Theme Pages happen to be Women Empowerment Quote pages. In fact, I'm the
OG Creator of Women Empowerment Quote Pages, since 2016. And I can almost
guarantee you that you've probably shared one of my original quotes with your bestie
over the years.
I've even seen my original quotes on tshirts in stores, on wall decor, for offices
and used on taglines of other big name brands. The whole Queen movement…
yeah that’s mine. It’s been copied and imitated but never duplicated, theres
only one real Queen of IG.
These pages have literally been the engine behind my 4.5M business and
digital products empire, my collaborations with industry giants like Tony
Robbins, Dean Graziosi Grant Cardone, Elena Cardone Marianne Williamson
and my organic growth to 1.3M followers.
My Theme pages are the reason why i’ve been able to retire my soul sucking
corporate job of 18 yrs, spend quality time with my 3 kids, but a million dollar
home and 2 Mercedes, and take 15 vacations in the last 12 months. (I went 5
yrs without a vacation when I was in my corporate job).
And now I’m sharing exactly how you can create your own Theme page and
turn your passion into profits!

Now, the best part about owning a theme
page is that it gives you the opportunity to
build a strong brand and promote all kinds
of products without ever showing your
face, if you don't want to. And if scaling up
to a massive business is your goal, you
can do that too. I grew mine to 4.5M in
sales.
Remember this one thing, owning a theme
page is an asset, I like to think of it as my
virtual real estate property on the
internet. I could literally sell my page for
the same amount as most houses sell for
here in the US,
In this digital age, having a community of
like-minded people is incredibly valuable.
So, grab your notes journal and let’s get
started!
Why a Theme Page?
More Privacy: You don’t have to worry about people
knowing about your side business, especially when
you're starting out, or giving out any personal
information.
Time Flexibility: You can pre-schedule posts and take
time off when needed without disrupting your brand’s
flow.
Creative Freedom: You’re able to fully create and
showcase your skills without feeling the pressure of
being judged..
Asset Building: Having a sizeable community
dedicated to a certain topic can open a lot of new
doors for partnerships and monetization, which can
lead to bigger business endeavours. You can even sell
your Theme Page as the value of it grows.
Focused Content: Each page is dedicated to a
specific niche, attracting followers who are passionate
about that topic.
Engagement: By delivering consistent, high-quality
content, I built engaged communities that trust and
interact with my pages daily.
Virality: Instagram theme pages have a higher
probability to go viral, getting more eyes on your
content. Especially, quote pages. As you can see
above. You've likely even shared one of my quotes.
The more people share them, the more viral they go!
Monetization: With these engaged audiences, I was
able to monetize my pages in 4 different ways, instead
of just one. I will share these 4 ways in my next emails.
And I was able to do this all while maintaining a passive
income stream.
Freedom: It takes approximately 2 hours a day to
create and run a successful Theme Page.
.
Variety of
Theme Pages
The Variety Kind: This theme page is an all-in-one platform focusing on a
particular topic, such as women empowerment, travel, finances, AI, Pets,
etc. They share content related to the niche - whether in knowledge,
character, education, spirituality, and more. These types of theme pages
can sustain most trends and are long-term assets.
The Reel-Only Kind: These theme pages primarily focus on creating video
content or reposting video content from other pages and thrive on virality.
As they progress, they may incorporate static content to remain relevant.
The Quote/Hook + Background Reel Kind: These pages emphasize
generating content with strong hooks and incorporate tip-like posts, often
sourced from platforms like Pinterest or other creators.
Other Types: There are many other types, including meme-focused theme
pages and more specialized variations.

Day 1: How to Choose Your Niche and
Conduct Market Research
Before you start creating content, take
the time to analyze the competition.
Look at what’s trending, what formats
are performing well, and which
hashtags are being used. There are
plenty of tools like Viralfindr that can
help you identify what’s working in your
niche and give you ideas on how to
position your content for maximum
impact.
Grab a piece of paper and start jotting
down your answers to these questions.
Be honest with yourself, and don’t get
distracted by the shiny vanity metrics
you might have seen previously.
What do you love talking about? What are your passions and hobbies?
This will help you figure out what topics you're genuinely interested in.
Can you easily find your topic on Instagram? Does it fit into categories
like motivation, wealth, personal development, travel, fitness, etc.? This
will help you determine if your topic is in high demand.
If your topic falls into one of these categories, can you commit to
posting regularly and maybe even selling something related to that
topic?
Once you’ve picked your topic, get on Instagram and look up some accounts.
You can find those by researching specific keywords that your ideal audience
would most likely be searching.
Screenshot 3-7 accounts you really like and that feel like the kind of
account you want to create. Check out everything about these accounts.
Note their follower count and engagement such as comments, likes, shares,
views, keywords, terminology, brand tone, colors, fonts, and visual style.
You can use tools like Google Sheets or Airtable to keep track of these key
factors.
Day 1: Choosing Your Niche
Success with a theme page begins with selecting the right niche. This decision is crucial and
should not be rushed, as it forms the foundation of your business. Finding a niche involves
identifying the intersection between your passions, expertise, and what the market actually
needs. When you choose wisely, you position yourself for long-term success because you’ll
be creating content that resonates with both you and your audience.
Why Finding Your Niche is Important:
Choosing a niche allows you to stand out in a crowded market. It helps you focus your
content, attract a specific audience, and establish authority in your chosen field. Without a
well-defined niche, your content can feel scattered, making it difficult to build a loyal
following or monetize your efforts. A clear niche also makes it easier for you to grow and
engage with an audience that’s genuinely interested in what you offer.
Steps to Finding Your Niche:
1. Identify What You’re Good At:
Reflect on your skills, experiences, and passions. What topics do you have in-depth
knowledge of? What subjects excite you enough to create consistent content around?
Focus on areas where you can provide unique value, as this will help you shine and stay
motivated over time.
2. Evaluate Market Demand:
It’s not enough to be passionate about a topic; you need to ensure there’s a demand for it.
Start by researching trends, analyzing popular accounts in your potential niche, and
exploring what’s working for others. Use tools like Google Trends, Instagram hashtags, and
social media analytics to see what topics are gaining traction. Identify gaps in the market
that you can fill or areas where you can improve upon existing content.
3. Define Your Ideal Audience:
Once you’ve narrowed down your niche, it’s time to picture your ideal audience. Who are
they? What are their interests, pain points, and needs? Understanding your audience will
help you create content that resonates with them on a personal level. Think about what
solutions you can offer them and how your content can improve their lives. The clearer your
understanding of your audience, the easier it will be to connect with them and grow your
page.
4. Test and Adapt:
After selecting a niche, don’t be afraid to experiment and gather feedback. As you create
content, pay attention to what resonates with your audience and be open to adjusting your
approach. Success in a niche requires adaptability, as trends and audience preferences can
shift over time.
Day 1 : Choosing Your Niche Continued...
Start with self-reflection. What are you passionate about? What topics
do you find yourself constantly drawn to?
Consider market demand by researching what people are looking for
on Instagram. Use tools like Google Trends, Instagram Explore, and
competitor analysis.
Evaluate long-term viability by choosing a niche that you can see
yourself being involved with for a long time. Ask yourself if you’ll still be
interested in this topic a year from now, or even five years down the
line.
Analyze monetization potential by considering if there are products,
services, or affiliate marketing opportunities within the niche.
Still Can’t Figure Out Your Niche?
Try Answering These Questions:
What websites do you visit often?
If you could start a business doing anything in the world, what would it be?
What skills and experience do you have that could be translated into
services?
What tools or online applications do you know how to use better than
anyone else?
What kind of books do you typically read?
If you could get paid to do or make something for others what would it be?
What were the 3 most painful experiences in your life? Could you help or
inspire someone to get through them?
What are the 3 biggest accomplishments in your life? Could you help
someone to do the same.
What do people ask you for help with the most?
What do your parents or sister/ brother say are your “gifts”?
What do you do in your free time or hobbies?
If you were asked to teach something last minute on stage to 10k people
what would it be?
Send text messages today to all your friends and family and ask them, what
is my Wonder Woman super powers? What do you think I’m great at? ( ask
them to list 2-3 superpowers/strengths they believe you have) Write them
all down and see which 3 come up the most. Could you create a Theme
page around it?

Narrowing Your
Niche...
After you inspect your niche further, it’s important to narrow it down to a
specialty you feel truly excited about daily. Consider yourself
knowledgeable already (you DON’T have to be an expert) and capable of
creating endless content around it.
Picking a niche is one of the most important things you’ll do to build a
successful theme page business and monetize it. It determines your
audience, content topics, and revenue potential.
To deepen your niche, you can start at the end of this funnel and move your
way upwards:
Resulting in a final defined niche
What do you want to help them with?
Answer the following question: Who
do you want to help/target?
Start with your overall niche (wealth,
health, relationships)
For example, let’s say your overall niche is digital marketing. When you go
through the funnel, your end result will look something like this: helping 9-to-
5ers stop living paycheck to paycheck by selling digital products. This is
much more focused.

Niche Warnings...
Avoid making your niche too broad...
A broad niche can make it tough to attract an audience since it’s not specific
and can confuse the algorithm. That’s why it’s important to narrow it down to
a particular genre or target audience.
The more specific your niche, the more relevant your target audience, leading
to higher engagement and more conversions.
Don’t change your niche after you’ve grown a
significant amount of followers.
Switching your niche can make you lose followers fast. People followed you
initially because they liked what you were posting. If you change it up, they
might not be into it anymore and could unfollow because it’s not what they
signed up for.
That’s why sticking to one niche, one main topic, is key. Changing your game
can throw off your followers, risking their trust (especially if you’re selling
something) and messing with your chances of growing naturally.
If you’re really into exploring a new niche or focus that’s been on your mind,
think about starting a fresh Instagram account. That way, you can attract the
right audience from the get-go – people who are genuinely interested in your
new content.
You can always give your new account a shout-out on your main page, asking
your followers to join if they’re interested in that topic. It’s a win-win situation.

Day 2...
Once you’ve figured out your niche, it’s time to
create your Instagram account. But before you hit
the sign-up button, you’ve got to think of a
username that really fits your niche.
Remember those keywords you noted? They’re
about to come in handy.
Maybe you already have the perfect username in
mind. If not, no worries! You can ask ChatGPT for
ideas or check out Namelix. Just input your
keywords and browse until you find a username
that perfectly reflects your topic (and one you’ll

to contact you via email in the future, so you don’t have to give out your

Day 2: Setting Up Your Account

DAY 3 DAY 3 the necessary optimizations so you’re ready for
what comes next.
Type of account
Instead of keeping your account personal, switch to a Creator account. This
gives you access to all the features + insights available to Creators.
Profile Picture
Your profile picture is super important for making a great first impression on
Instagram. The more eye-catching your profile icon, the more likely people
are to check out your page and hit that blue follow button.
Go for a logo or a shortened version of your brand name. This not only
impresses viewers but also boosts brand recognition. To keep things
consistent, make sure to use the same logo across all your social media
channels and even your email. A popular choice for theme pages is a
monogram, which is just your initials combined into a unique design. You can
easily create one with Canva or hire a graphic designer on Fiverr or Upwork
Pick a logo with initials or a unique graphic element. This makes it
clear and visually appealing, especially since profile pictures are
small and make the first impression.
Use contrasting colours for the background and font of your logo.
This makes sure everything stands out and looks great.
Name field
Retrieve those keywords from Day 1 and identify the most common ones. Pick
the ones that fit your page best. Avoid adding anything that people won’t
search for. Having keywords in your name is key because this part of your
account is searchable. When someone looks up those keywords, your
account is more likely to show up in the results.
Bio
Your bio is really important because it’s one of the first things visitors see on
your page. Keep it clear and to the point with short sentences or key phrases
that explain what they’ll get from following you.
Here are some casual + engaging tips to consider before you write your bio:
Make sure your bio speaks directly to your audience.
Use short phrases or keywords that sum up what you’re all about.
Remember, people skim bios, so keep it snappy.
Sprinkle in some emojis to grab attention.
Crafting a winning bio begins with:
A value statement that tells more
about what you do. Do you motivate,
entertain, teach, or help with
something? [your expertise or skillset]
Followed by how you do what you do
[through XYZ/methods]
Followed by what you offer to your
potential followers [coaching program,
1:1 mentorship, personalized strategy,
ebook].
Link in Bio
Include just one link and stick to it. Choose a platform like Beacons, Stan
Store, or Linktree that can effectively showcase all your offerings in a simple
yet effective way.
Highlights
Instagram Highlights are like curated story collections that
stay on your profile permanently. So, they should include the
most valuable and interesting info you want your audience to
see.
IG Growth Client Wins Offer IG Money Promos
Avoid naming your highlights with unfamiliar word combinations
or using emojis without context. Doing so may annoy your
followers and discourage them from opening your highlights to
see what's inside.
Instead, use keywords or short phrases that describe the
content. This immediately informs viewers about your
highlight’s content, helping them decide whether to view it or
move on.
Stick to a maximum of 3-7 highlights. Remember to
create collections only for the most important
information beneficial to your audience.
Limit your highlights to 30 stories maximum, however
tempting it might be to keep adding more.
Nurture your highlights with new information when
needed, ensuring they remain fresh.
Ensure your highlights speak directly to your ideal
customer or follower.
Highlights can be: my story/who am I/about me, ig growth, tips
(that have personally helped you achieve x thing),
product/services, promos/paid advertising, disclaimer,
testimonials, reviews, income, client wins.
Your branding is one of the first things people notice when
they visit your page. It's not just about colors and fonts
though.
There are two sides to branding: brand identity and visual
identity.
Day 3 : Branding
Your brand identity is all about you - what you stand for,
your values, tone, story, and how you communicate. Visual
branding covers things like colors, fonts, alignment, and
other elements.
For your brand, you will want to consider things like:
The “tone” of your messaging (i.e. serious, casual,
funny, sassy, professional, inspiring, authentic, etc.)
The style of your products and social media (i.e.
feminine, modern, minimal, luxurious, bold, bright,
moody, etc.)
The values you communicate in your content and
decision-making (i.e. ambition, gratitude, family,
success, motivation, freedom, adventure, joy, etc.)
Your “brand story” (i.e. your personal story or parts of
your journey that will resonate with your target audience)
When brainstorming your visual identity, note what your
favourite accounts have done. You can take inspiration or
create an entirely new unique identity. Don’t copy others -
be respectful.
Play around with your brand’s visual identity until it feels just
right. You may nail it on the first try, or it might take a few
attempts. Either way, you can always experiment when
needed, but try to maintain consistency.
The 4 Elements of
Magnetic Branding
Visual Identity
01
Your visual identity is everything from your profile
picture to the fonts and colors you use in your content.
When you have a consistent visual identity, it can make
your brand more memorable and recognizable to your
audience.
Tone of Voice
Your tone of voice is the way you express yourself
02
through your words, both written and spoken. It’s not
just the words you use, but also your choice of emojis,
sentence structure, and even punctuation. All of these
contribute to the way you communicate with your
audience.
Consistency
03
Branding is consistency. Make sure that your content,
visual identity, and tone of voice are consistent across
all of your social media platforms and stores. Also
make sure you stick to your posting schedule so you
don’t let your audience down!
Engagement
04
If you want to build a strong community, it’s important
to engage with your followers on a regular basis.
Whether it’s responding to comments & messages or
creating opportunities for your followers to interact with
you and each other.

if you wan to grow faster.
Users might spend more time reading your carousels and engaging with them.
While reels can be super engaging, they often lead to shorter attention spans.
Balancing both can help keep your audience engaged and interested in your
content.
Still Day 4...
On Instagram, there are 3 main content types you should know about:
Single posts: These are your classic Instagram posts.
Carousels: These are a compilation of photos all bundled up in one post.
You can upload up to 20 single photos.
Reels: These are short, snappy videos - usually between 2 to 90 seconds
long. You can jazz them up with music, effects, and text overlays. Reels
live in their own tab on Instagram and can pop up in your main feed and
Explore page.
When it comes to creating those content types, you can find content
practically everywhere online; however, creating content with intention
requires thorough research.
As a theme page, you can source content from the following places:
Your competitors on Instagram
Pinterest
TikTok
All you have to do is conduct thorough research and save the content. Here’s
a tip! Every time you scroll through your home feed, if you come across a
content piece that fits your niche and account, save it to a folder on your
Instagram account. This way, when it’s time to batch some content, you can
refer to your folder and start creating right away.
Another strategy is to dedicate a specific day for deep-dive research. Set a
goal for the number of pieces you need to research that day and start
scrolling.
Content Pillars
Content pillars are the main themes or categories that make up your
Instagram feed. They form the foundation of what you share and help keep
your content focused and engaging. Stick to 3-5 themes to maintain clarity.
To ensure you’re choosing the right content pillars, make sure they pass the
‘Who Cares’ test. Ask yourself: Do these 3-5 themes matter to my ideal
audience?
Make sure your followers don’t see clear lines between your content pillars.
Let your feed flow naturally from one topic to another to keep it interesting
and engaging.
Here’s why you need content pillars:
They help you organize your ideas
instead of randomly posting
whatever comes to mind.
They keep you on track and
prevent you from diverting from
your main topic.
They ensure there’s something for
everyone because each bucket
may appeal to a different segment
of your audience.
They form the basis of your
content strategy and allow you to
plan ahead.
For example, if you’re into fitness, your content pillars could include workout
routines, healthy recipes, motivational quotes, and transformation stories.
Each bucket serves a specific purpose in showcasing your expertise and
connecting with your followers on different levels.
The 5 Social Media Content Pillars

Signatures + Hashtags
While you’re focused on creating content, let’s talk about another important
aspect: your signature in your captions. It serves as your call to action for
people to follow you, usually placed at the end of each caption. Here’s a tip:
for longer captions aiming to attract more followers, consider placing it right
after your hook.
For example, ‘Here are the 5 things every woman should know about life.
But first, follow @yourusername for more like this!’
Here’s a handy trick: Save
your signature using a
shortcut in your phone's
'Text Replacement' feature,
or pin it to your phone's

After your signature, another thing you should keep in mind is hashtags. You
probably already know they’re important for expanding your reach, but
remember they’re more like the cherry on top, not the main ingredient for
maximum reach.
Try to mix it up with relevant hashtags across different types - popular,
trending, and niche-specific. How many? 3-5 max. check out what hashtags
other pages in your niche are using.
Day 4: Batching + Planning Ahead
Batching is the process of researching and creating all your content at once.
It’s a game-changer and a must-do if you want to spend less time on your
phone or have other things to take care of. All you need is a couple of hours
to research and edit your content on tools like Canva or CapCut.

After batching your content, planning ahead is the next best thing. This way,
you won’t have to go through the whole research and editing process again.
Planning ahead might seem silly, but if you’re busy, it will be a huge relief. It
not only shortens the time you need to be on the platform but also helps you
stay consistent and not miss your posting schedule.
HERE ARE A FEW TIPS YOU CAN FOLLOW:
Use Google Sheets to create a calendar for what to post and when. Even
better, use Canva’s calendar or tools like Later.
Set reminders or alarms. Posting manually can be irritating, but it’s the
best way to stay engaged. Set reminders or alarms at your chosen time to
post daily. It will only take a second if you have your plan + content ready.
Plan your captions if you’re writing long ones. Having these ready in your
notes on your phone in advance saves a lot of time. All you have to do is
copy/paste.
Plan a week in advance. Choose a day to plan the whole week’s content.
It could be Friday night or Sunday morning. Planning your posts in advance
will make your week stress-free, and you won’t have to worry about what
to post, what to write, or if you’re too late to post.

Sticking to your content schedule not only gets you results but also shows
you what works and what doesn’t. Remember, putting in the effort pays off.
To keep track of your account, look through your insights at least once a
week to analyze your metrics.
Instagram Insights provide analytics about your content and followers. They
are very valuable for businesses because they help determine which content
your audience likes or dislikes, among other important growth-related
information.
Spotting Engagement Patterns Through Insights:
If you notice that a particular type of content
consistently gets more engagement, such as saves
or shares, this indicates an engagement pattern.
It means your audience is specifically interested in
that type of content, so use it to create similar and
more content.
Getting to Know Your Audience Through Insights:
One very helpful tool is the ‘Total Followers’
section. Scroll to the bottom of that section to see
the demographics of your audience and your most
active times. This can guide you on when to
schedule your posts accordingly.
It’s beneficial to post at least 10-20 minutes earlier
than when your audience is most active. (Make sure
to check the ‘i’ button on the top left corner to see
the timezone of the shown insights.) Sometimes
your most active time may not align with your
timezone, so stick to the common rule of posting
when people are scrolling. This is usually early in
the morning before work, at noon during lunch
breaks, at night before bed.
Insights Breakdown
Understanding Reach and Impressions:
Reach and impressions are about how far your
content travels. Reach indicates the number of
unique users who saw your post, while
impressions show how often your post was
seen in total. Tracking these metrics helps in
understanding the effectiveness of your
hashtags, posting times, and content types in
attracting a wider audience.
Analyzing Engagement Metrics: Engagement
metrics are include likes, comments, shares,
and saves. These indicators tell you how your
audience is interacting with your content.
Follower Growth and Demographics:
Instagram Insights also provides data on
follower growth and demographics. This
includes location, age range, gender, and
most active times of your audience.
Evaluating Instagram Stories and Reels:
Don’t overlook the analytics for your Stories
and Reels. These features often have different
engagement patterns compared to regular
posts.
Armed with this data, the next step is to adjust your strategy. If some posts
are always underperforming, it might be time to switch things up.
On the flip side, If you notice some content doing really well, consider making
more of that type.
