With reference to letter no. JUT/43/2018/15IEx, Dated: 06.03.2024 sent by Jharkhand University of
Technology, Ranchi and the subject cited above, all Diploma Ist Semester eligible students
are hereby informed that their examination form fill-up will be held in accordance with the schedule
given below:

1. In case of any pending dues, clear it before the date of examination form fill up.
2. To fill the examination application form, go to the official website of the universily
"https: /jutgyanjyoti.jharkhand.gov.in/"and enter allthe entries.
3. Related payment should be made online by visiting website "hups:
ljutgyanjyoti.jharkhand.gov.in/PaymentURL"
4. After online submission of payment/examination application form by the student.
its hard copy (print out) should be made available to the Institute in physical or
digital way immediately (before verification of examination application fon).
5, All diploma lst semester students are advice to visit the college to fill and submit the
examination form through offine mode.
