Acknowledgements
As each year comes and goes with different boards serving their tenures, we have continued to see the
presence and the faithfulness of God. We thank the creator of the heavens and earth for his never
never-ending mercies and enduring compassion which are showered in our lives at rise of the sun
every morning. He is always there to guide us and to prosper us in all our endeavours as young people.
Indeed, twelve months is a short period. A period packed with events that keep the boards engaged in
the work of the Lord. Surely, we thank the God of our Father Dr E.H Guti for the vision the he
bestowed in the apostle. ZAOGA youth for the nations is what it is today because of the great vision in
Ezekiel Handinawangu Guti. What shall we say to such great and mighty works! Surely, we serve a
living God, great and awesome.
The journey of twelve months for any youth board is made fluent, stable by prayerful leaders and
supportive elders. It is noteworthy that we do have a great man of God In our midst and without their
guidance and wisdom the ministry would not have come this far. Many thanks go to our youth advisors
Elders Bennie & Dorcas Hlatywayo, Deacons Joe & Connie Musutu and Elders Msiza. Their
engagement and commitment to the ministry is so dear and true and all their efforts are greatly
recognised and appreciated. We implore them not to tire when doing to prosper the youth ministry.
BRC is blessed to have great District Pastors. They have shown unwavering support for the youth
ministry. They continue to nurture us and encourage us in doing good at all times. Surely our youth
ministry at BRC is blessed to have the Dps Lucky and Stener Hamadziripi.
Last but not least, profound gratitude is conveyed to our youth Pastors. Cuthbert and Sandra Chikudo.
They played a significant role in moulding the youths at BRC. They play a significant part in our
ministry and they could also be counted as our friends as they would make efforts to mingle with us.
Their mark is indelible.
Introduction
The 2023 Easter conference at ZAOGA Bulawayo Revival Centre (BRC) was held from the 6th
of April to 9th of the same month. We were highly blessed to have District Pastors Q and R

Ncube as our speakers. The Easter Conference was a power packed experience and as a result
of this a number of people were spiritually rekindled whilst some received spiritual
impartations particularly due to the word that was shared to us by our speakers.
This report serves to put to record of the events that took place during the function of Easter
conference
Attendance
The Easter Conference saw a huge turnout and an increased number of youth attendants as they were
eager to experience the grace and favor of the God of our father. The youth came in their numbers and
some camped at the church for the rest of the conference. The table below shows attendance

Statistics
The deliverance and holy spirit session were conducted on Saturday evening. We saw the mighty hand
of God as many were set free from various kinds of bondages. Seven people were baptised in the Holy
Ghost, and 2 received Christ as their saviour the following day
Preparations
Finances were raised at district level and quite a significant amount of money was raised. In addition to
this some individuals pledged items that were used in different departments throughout the conference.
All night prayers were also held to pray and raise funds for the success of the Easter Conference.

Departments
Vvarious departments namely catering, hosting, praise and worship, ushering and health all worked
together to come up with a well-organized and perfect conference. All departments were well
organised and their leaders worked extra hard to meet the expected standards in their respective
subdivisions. We took special note of the hosting team that worked extremely well in making sure the
needs of the speakers were met.

Activities
Thursday was the first day of the conference and we hit the ground running with a powerful evening
service.
A service was held on Friday morning and it was followed by a questions and answers session which
helped a lot of youths and young adults in areas such as careers, ministry, decision making and
finances.
The Friday evening service was our official opening which was done at very high standards and it
raised the bar of BRC district high due to the class, decoration and the order of the ceremony.
Saturday was another incredible day which started with a powerful service and later on during the day,
BOT and GOQ workshops were done. The advisors, elders and our beloved speakers mentored us in

different aspects of life and we thank the God of our beloved father Ezekiel that a lot of youths are
now living testimonies of their counsel and wisdom.
After our informative workshops, our advisors and speakers led us into the election of the new board
and it was successful.
The Conference ended with a powerful Sunday Service in which a lot of people were spiritually
enriched, empowered and revived.

CHALLENGES
We have noted that with concern that we did not do well in terms of Easter
preparation which resulted in us failing to surpass set financial targets. We see need for our
youth to be encouraged to bring their pledges timeously, so that planning is done accordingly.
Members of some departments were not fully committed and this caused some members being
overloaded with many tasks during the conference. Another cause for concern was the youth
would arrive late, for those that were not camping which affected our starting time
CONCLUSION
Our Easter conference at Bulawayo Revival Centre was successful and ended on the 9th of April 2023.
In spite of the many challenges, we are glad that the Easter Conference was a success and for this
reason we give praise to God. Our hopes are that the sermons, wisdom and the counsel that was shared
during the conference will help restore people’s spiritual lives and deepen their relationship with God.
