Presentation, Analysis, and Interpretation of Data

Table 1 shows the Demographic profile of [Link] findings indicates that 54% (27) of

Grade 10 students that aged 14-15. However, 44% (22) of students aged 16-17. Moreover,

only 2% (1) of students aged 18-19. The finding state that Grade 10 students of Don Vicente

Rama Memorial National High School are many more students aged 14-15 .

Table 2 shows the accessible of recycling or composing facilities in school. The findings tells

that 50% (25) of Grade 10 student that answered “Acceptable”. However , 18% (9) of students

answered “Much Accessible”. While, 14% (7) of students answered “Very Much Accessible”

and “Very Accessible”. Moreover, only 4% (2) of student answered “Not Acceptable”. As the

result, Grade 10 student of DVRMNHS that accessible of recycling or composing facilities in

school is “Acceptable”
Table 3 Shows through pie chart, reveals the personal responsibility in keeping the school

environtment clean and eco-friendly with the high percentage of 80% (40) of grade 10 students

that answered “yes”. While 20% (10) of students answered “no”. Therefore, the grade 10

students in DVRMNHS feel a sense the personal responsibility in keeping the school

environtment clean and eco-friendly


Table 4 revels the level of awareness on school policies on proper waste [Link]

table show that 46% (23) of grade 10 students answered “Middle” of their level

[Link] 30% (15) of students answered “High” ,However 18% (9) of students

answered “Very High”. Meanwhile 6% (3) of students answered “Low” To conclude, the highest

level of awareness on school policies on proper waste management is “Middle”.

Table 5 illustratrate the proper waste management handlings of students. The findings

highlights that 1.58% students “Strongly Agree” that understand the importance of proper

waste handling. Meanwhile, students who answers “Agree” with average 2% that know how to

properly separate and dispose of waste through recycling. Same as the 2.16% students who

also responds “Agree’’ that waste bins are located in convenient place within the school.

Additionally, students who answered “Agree” with an average of 2.4%, that our school provides

information on waste disposal and recycling . Likewise to the 2.42% students who “Agreed”

that waste bins in our school are clearly labeled for proper segeration. However, the average of
3.32% students who answered “Strongly Agree” that there are enough waste bins around the

school. Overall, the findings imply that there not enough trash bins around the school and not

clearly labeled for proper segeration.
