This format is designed to gather comprehensive details about a client’s needs, aspirations, and
preferences for architectural projects. It offers flexibility, making it suitable for projects of various scales

Client organization :- A family that has a member with disable person ( Quadriplegia person)
Contact information: - A family that has a member with quadriplegia is a family where one of the
members has quadriplegia, a condition resulting from a spinal cord injury or illness that causes
paralysis in both arms and legs. This individual may require wheelchair assistance and personal
care for daily activities.
Project location :- Bahir dar, Ethiopia
Project type :- Residential house
Project size/scale :- 200-300 sqm

The goal is to create a safe, independent, and comfortable living environment that supports
their daily needs, enhances their quality of life, and promotes through the integration of
advanced smart technologies and universal design principles.

Integrate smart home systems (e.g., voice-controlled , tmperature control, and appliances) to
allow the individual to have more control over their environment without needing assistance.
