Project: Raffle Web Application

Phases: Web design and Web Development


Duration: 6 Weeks
Requirements: Web Development
Front end: This is the user side interface
The ability to deposit Funds into their wallet

Funds are used to purchase tickets at XYZ prices

This tickets are used to purchase Raffles.

The raffles are designated by slots.

Slots for a Raffle TV, Slots for a Raffle equipment etc.

Users can contest in many slots and purchase as many tickets for a single raffle slot as well.

The slots quantity for a raffle contest are limited e.g. we can have 50 amount of slots available for TV

While we have 100 slots available for an iPhone 17 pro max.

Winners of the raffle slot contest get a notification when the draw has ended (There is a starting and
ending duration for each raffle contest).

When a new draw is released they get a notification as well, this will be general notification.

Notification can also be used to send messages to all users or single user of the platform.

Other raffle participants can check winner’s board to confirm winners of the draw they have
participated.

Back end: This is the Admin user interface


The ability to create raffles and designate ticket price for each raffle.

Provide details and description for the raffle.

Provide the start and ending date for the raffle.

Provide the quantity of slot for the raffle.

Ability to confirm payment deposited for ticket purchase to contest for raffle (if manual)
Ability to send out notification for new raffle contest and also send messages to winners.

Ability to send notification messages to all users and single user of the platform.

Ability to send custom email to single or all users of the platform.

Ability to create and publish winners for raffle contest on the winner’s board.
