SESSION PLAN

Sector : This refers to the industry where your Qualification Title belongs. Refer to
the Training Regulation of your Qualification Title, on the cover page ([Link])
Qualification Title : This is the course title denominated by TESDA consisting of competency
units. Example: Cookery NC II, Plumbing NC I. This is found in cover page of your Qualification Title, Training
Regulation. ([Link])
Unit of Competency : This refers to your chosen competency unit among all competency units
of your Qualification Title. The choice is only for the purpose of your training in Trainers Methodology I.
Module Title : Module Title is the same as Unit of Competency; only that, the first word
which is a verb ends in –ing.

Learning Outcomes:

2. These are the learning outcomes of your chosen competency unit. Highlight the learning outcome
3. you chose to work on your CBLM. Make sure that the same highlighted learning outcome is the same

A. INTRODUCTION
This is the Unit Descriptor of your chosen Unit of Competency. Just replace the word ‘unit’ with ‘module’. It can be found in
the Training Regulations of your Qualification Title, Core Competencies ([Link])

B. LEARNING ACTIVITIES – They consist of the learning activities per learning outcome. These learning
activities are: determining the Learning Content; identifying the Methods to use for each learning content; the manner how to
Present the Methods; what Practice to do; how the Feedback about the Practice will be given; enumerating the Resources, or
the equipment, tools, materials, to be used; and indicate how much Time needed in these learning activities.

from the top of the Core Competency appearing in the Training Regulations; 2 nd no., refers to the
Learning Outcome; 3rd no., refers to what chronological number the activity is.
