By making this reservation, you acknowledge that this is a pre-paid rate and will accept the associated
charges in the event of a change, cancellation or non-collection of the vehicle.

Changing booking
A prepaid booking can be changed up to one hour before the start of the rental (depending on
availability) in return for a booking modification fee of
0,00 USD
Any payment already made towards the rental will not be refunded; nor shall any differential amount
be refunded if this modification leads to a lesser rental cost. Any changes made to a prepaid
reservation may impact the rental rate. A change from a prepaid rate to a non-prepaid rate is not
possible.

Cancellation
A prepaid booking can be cancelled before the start of the rental. In the event of a cancellation, any
refund of the payment made towards the rental is subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee
will never exceed the total prepaid amount. Cancellations up to 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup
time will result in the collection of a $100 cancellation fee. The remaining prepaid amount in excess of
$100 will be refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will result in
the collection of a $200 cancellation fee. The remaining prepaid amount in excess of $200 will be
refunded. No refund will be issued in case of cancellation after scheduled pick up time. Cancellations

No-show
No refund will be issued in case of failure to pick up your vehicle (no-show).

Late pick up or Early Return

No refunds or credits will be issued for unused rental days once the vehicle is rented.

Conditions of Payment
The driver and payment details are fixed at the time of reservation and cannot be changed. When
booking a pre-paid rate, the credit or debit card I provided will be charged immediately with the total
rental price. The means of payment must be presented when picking up the vehicle to debit or
reserving the deposit (possibly in combination with entering your PIN code).

In the event of a charge back your reservation is automatically cancelled and SIXT is no longer under
any legal obligation to provide the reserved rental car.
