The rental amount is payable every 7 Days commencing from the date hereof.
The hirer needs to notify the vehicle owner 2 weeks prior if the hirer wishes to return the motor vehicle
after the minimum 4 weeks rental period.
The undersigned agrees to keep the motor vehicle safely, free from any liens.
The motor vehicle is generally to be parked at the below mentioned address of the hirer.
The full payment shall become due on default; with the undersigned paying all reasonable attorney fees
and costs of collection.
Upon default, the motor vehicle owner shall have the right to retake the motor vehicle, together with
any deficiency due from Hirer; but subject to the Hirer's right to redeem pursuant to the law.
The Motor Vehicle owner also possess the right to take the vehicle back if sees fit without any notice.
The Hirer is:
Over 22 years old
Has a current valid Australian driver's licence
Responsible to replace Flat Tyres
Responsible to update the Vehicle Owner about any incidents related to
the motor vehicle
To notify the vehicle owner of the service due
To take the vehicle for servicing at the designated motor vehicle mechanic by the vehicle owner
To keep the vehicle, clean always
To pay Insurance excess in the event of a collision and any other costs associated with it for example
towing the vehicle etc.
To bring the car for inspection fortnightly at the Motor Vehicle Owners address
Responsible to use the Dash Cam
Not allowed to take the vehicle interstate
Not allowed to share the car with anyone except himself
Required to pay a $20 admin fee for fine transfer and toll fees
The Vehicle Owner is:
Responsible for paying servicing costs of the motor vehicle
Responsible for paying insurance costs.
Has registered the motor vehicle with Commercial passenger vehicle Victoria.
Important Terms and Conditions
Kilometres Included
The motor vehicle comes with a 1800 km per week allowance. If you go over the included weekly
allowance the hirer needs to notify the Motor vehicle owner of the extra Kms without delay.
Wear and Tear
The Motor Vehicle Owner operates in accordance with the AFLA Fair Wear and Tear Guide; wear and
tear that is reasonable given the age/kms on your vehicle is acceptable. If the vehicle has damages that
aren't covered the by AFLA, the hirer is responsible to pay for it, this includes accessories provided with
vehicle.
Payment of Fees
The weekly rental fee is $290 per week until revised depending on further restrictions being eased. This
includes 1800km per week. The fee is to handed cash or bank transfer on every thursday for the
following weeks.
Rental Week cycle: THURSDAY TO FRIDAY
Minimum Rental Period
There is a minimum rental period of 4 weeks. After this 4 weeks period you can return the vehicle at any
time with 2 weeks' notice.

Returning the vehicle within the first four weeks
If you change your mind you can return your vehicle within the minimum rental period, however a
$1,100 fee applies.
How to return the vehicle?
In order to return the vehicle, you must give two weeks' notice - in writing - to the Motor Vehicle Owner
and drop the vehicle of at the Owners address.
We may need to charge a re-fuelling and/or cleaning fee, if the car isn't returned with a full tank of fuel
and professionally cleaned at the end of your rental period.
Changes to Rental fees
Motor Vehicle rental fee includes an amount for government and insurance charges that are outside our
control. If these changes, we may need to increase (or decrease!) your weekly rental fees by this
amount. The rental amount is payable if the vehicle is even with the repairer.
Returning the bond
Bond will be returned back to the hirer within two weeks of after returning the vehicle either full or
partial depending if the terms of the agreements are met.
Loss or Damage coverage
The rental agreement provides comprehensive vehicle cover for most day-to-day driving, including using
the vehicle for commercial use. Most importantly this includes using the vehicle for rideshare services.
Insurance terms and conditions will be provided separately*.
Insurance Excess
For experienced drivers, there is a standard excess as per the documents provided by the insurance
company. The excess is paid by the driver and is not to be deducted from the bond. An experienced
driver is determined as someone over the age of 25, who has at least 2 years driving experience after
obtaining an unrestricted Australian drivers' licence.
