1. COMMENCEMENT

6. TERMINATION OF EMPLOMENT
I. That, frailer of the employee to submit 3 payments will amount to automatic termination of
the contract
II. Also, this contract may be terminated by either party giving the other 30 days Notice.
III. Notice shall be given in writing than the minimum period specified stating the reasons for
termination and the date on which the notice is given.
IV. Upon termination of the contract of employment the employer must furnish the employee
with a prescribed certificate of service.
7. DAMAGED CLAIMS
In the event of any pecuniary damages suffered by the employer arising from the employee
disregarding or failing to comply with the professional instructions, or any neglect of duty
whatsoever, he/she may be liable to deduction from his/her income to compensate the damages of
any part, thereof the amount which shall be fixed by the employer.
8. APPLICATION OF THE ACT
a. This Agreement shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the provisions of the
Act.
b. Where any conflict arises between this Agreement and the Act the provisions of the Act
shall apply as if a term of this Agreement.
c. The employee shall be entitled to any other benefits stipulated by the Act even if not stated
in this Agreement or as agreed between the parties.
9. CONTRACT COMPLETION
On the completion of the contract, either successfully or not, the employee shall surrender all
property of the employer. Failure to return all property may result in criminal prosecution.
ACCEPTANCE OF EMPLOYMENT

Furthermore, I acknowledge and I fully understand that it is my sole responsibility read and
understand all its contents. I understand that if any violation of this contract occurs on my part,
