We are pleased to invite you to the regular monthly meeting of the league and participate in a training
workshop organized by the Quezon Local Planners Association in collaboration with the Office of the
Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator, titled "Enhancing Skills in Project Proposal
Preparation for Development Projects." This workshop aims to equip planning officers with the
essential skills and methodologies required to design and present effective project proposals that meet
development needs.

Workshop Details:
 Date: November 21-22, 2024
 Venue: St. Jude Coop Hotel, Tayabas City
 Target Audience: Planning officers involved in project design, budgeting, and proposal
development.

Objectives of the Workshop:


This workshop has been specifically designed to help planning officers:
 Develop a clear understanding of the essential components of project proposals.

 Build skills in drafting comprehensive and impactful proposals for development projects.
 Understand the criteria and guidelines for funding applications and approval processes.
