Sub: Application for information under the Right to Information Act,2005
Sir/Madam,
You are requested to furnish the following information-
1. Whether students who have passed their Bachelor of Science degree from Netaji Subhas Open
University , located at DD-26, Salt Lake, Sector – I ,Kolkata -700064, are eligible to appear for the
JECA examination.
Note:-
1. I have attached a court fee of Rs. 10/-towards payment of application fees. Kindly intimate me for the additional
fees payable, if any.
2. In case the information is held by or related to another public authority, the application or such part of it
as may be appropriate may be transferred to that other public authority under intimation to the
undersigned as per Section 6(3) of RTI Act.
3. I undertake to pay further fees required by your department in furnishing the information.
4. I am ‘Citizen’ of India and I am asking the information as ‘Citizen’.
5. I assure that I shall not allow/ cause to use/ pass/share/display/ or circulate the information received in
any case and under any circumstances, with any person or in any manner which would be detrimental to
the Unity and Sovereignty or against the Interest of India.
6. I state that the information sought does not fall within the restrictions in section 8 and 9 of the Act and
to the best of my knowledge it pertains to your office.
