Dear FNF Coliving,

We, the residents of FNF Exclusive, kindly request your immediate attention and action
regarding two essential concerns that have significantly impacted the quality of life for all the
residents.

1. Installation of Power Backup (Generator/Inverter) for the Building:

We have observed a recurring issue with power outages in our building, which disrupts daily
living and affects essential services. These frequent power cuts cause inconvenience,
especially in common areas, including the elevators, corridors, and security systems, as well
as for individual apartment owners. Given the unpredictability of power supply, we believe it
is imperative for the building to be equipped with a reliable power backup system to ensure
the continuous functioning of essential services during outages.

We request that the management considers installing a power backup system (e.g.,
generator or inverter) that will adequately support essential areas of the building, ensuring
that residents are not left in distress during power failures.

2. Improvement of Building Hygiene and Frequent Cleaning:

Another pressing concern is the hygiene and cleanliness of our building, which has been
deteriorating over time. It has become increasingly difficult to ignore the growing
accumulation of dirt, waste, and dust in common areas such as the staircases, elevators,
parking lot, and corridors. The lack of regular cleaning and maintenance has led to an
unhygienic environment, causing discomfort and concern for the health and well-being of the
residents.

We strongly urge the management to implement a more frequent and thorough cleaning
