The following are the key business plans of the business for the
2023 - 2026 period.
01.
Setting up the Business
We aim to obtain the commercial license by November 2023 and to start full fledged
operations from June 2024.
02.
Procurement of ICT
As required by the business operations, we need to procure ICT systems to set up the
operational infrastructure.
03.
Recruitment
The business set up requires recruitment which include supervisors, salesmen, accountant and
helpers. About 5-6 new workers are required additionally in 2024. Again in 2025, we plan to
recruit additional 2-3 workers in the category of helpers.
04.
Improved Marketing
We shall do direct marketing practices in a more efficient manner to reach more customers
and to engage with new clients for new business deals. Maintaining regular customers is the
key to our success. Excellent customer service practices will be followed.
