These are the findings as a result from the TA provided
1. For specific learning outcomes TA provider can work with instruction to develop
detailed rubrics for each assignment or activity, outline learning.
2. Provides a clear framework for TAs to evaluate pupils work, ensuring consistency and
fairness in feedback
Recommendations (Shall clearly describe the suggestions or proposal as to the best
course of action to take to improve competence, practice, knowledge, and skills.)
The following are recommendations given based from the informal observation conducted
and TA provided.
1. There is a need of collecting information using structure needs assessment tools and analyzing
data can help understand recipients needs for their learners.
2. By understanding specific needs and challenges of TA it is essential for designing and delivering
effective program specifically for intervention given by the teacher.
3. Providing targeted trainings, resources and opportunities for collaboration, TA provider can
empower Tas to become effective observer and provide valuable feedback and enhance students
learning.
