Sir, I am to invite your attention towards the clause (i) of Government Order No. 264-JK (Edu) of 2025 Dated: 03.04.2025, which reads as under: “The concerned Directorates shall place the cases of employees who have completed regular class work before entry into the Government service, however, appeared in final exams after joining in the service, before the Committee constituted vide Government Order No. 188 JK (Edu) of 2024 Dated: 15.03.2024, The Committee shall examine such cases and furnish recommendation to the Administrative Department for the purpose of seniority and promotion.” Accordingly, I am directed to request you to submit the cases falling under the Government Order under reference (i) on the devised format (copy enclosed) with requisite set of certificates/documents duly authenticated along-with your specific recommendations by or before 10” May 2025, enabling this office to proceed in the matter on its merits and no such case shall be entertained after the expiry ee time period.
