SUBJECT : MET
 Procedure:
1. Setup Circuit:

- Arrange the diodes, resistors, and capacitors on the breadboard to form the full-wave rec fier circuit.

- Ensure proper placement and orienta on of components according to the circuit diagram.

2. Power Supply:

- Connect the power supply to provide the required voltage for the circuit opera on.

- Ensure the voltage level is suitable for the components used in the circuit.

3. Input Signal:

- Connect the func on generator to the input side of the full-wave rec fier circuit to provide the alterna ng current
(AC) input signal.

- Adjust the func on generator se ngs to generate the desired input waveform.

4. Rec fied Output:

- Connect the oscilloscope probe to the output of the full-wave rec fier circuit to observe the rec fied output

 Observa on:
1. Rec fica on Process:

- The full-wave rec fier circuit converts the input AC signal into a pulsa ng DC signal by u lizing four diodes in a
bridge configura on.

- Both the posi ve and nega ve halves of the input AC cycle are rec fied to produce a con nuous DC output.

2. Output Characteris cs:

- The rec fied output waveform exhibits pulsa ons corresponding to the frequency of the input AC signal.

- The ripple amplitude and frequency depend on the capacitor value and load resistance in the circuit.

3. Efficiency:

- The efficiency of the full-wave rec fier is determined by its ability to convert a maximum amount of input AC
power into DC power.

- Higher efficiency indicates be er performance and reduced power loss in the rec fica on process.

 Conclusion:
The full-wave rec fier is an essen al circuit for conver ng AC power to DC power in various electronic applica ons.
Through the design and analysis of the full-wave rec fier circuit, several key observa ons can be made:

1. Rec fica on Performance:

- The full-wave rec fier efficiently converts AC input signals into con nuous DC output signals, suitable for
powering electronic devices.

2. Ripple Reduc on:

- Capacitors in the rec fier circuit help reduce the ripple voltage on the output, resul ng in smoother DC output
signals.
