COMPANY HISTORY

The Moon Milestone Events Co. was founded as a tiny start-up business in January 2023. The
business is a tribute to the owner's late father. In the food industry, her father is a well-known caterer
who makes sure that every customer has a memorable experience with his dishes. The owner,
Brigitte Gonzales, was motivated by her father's experience to carry on his heritage and grow the
company into an event management, providing more than just culinary services.

THEME

Cutting the Cake

One of the most classic and simple but fun gender reveal ideas, cutting the cake is always a crowd-
pleaser. Start by handing the sealed envelope revealing your baby’s gender to your favorite bakery.
Ask the baker to color the inside of the cake—blue for a boy or pink for a girl—while keeping the
outside frosting neutral.

At your gender reveal party, gather your family and friends as you cut the cake, revealing the
surprise inside. Alternatively, if you prefer a more private reveal, turn it into a photo shoot and share
the pictures on social media or as cards in the mail.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Upon signature, the provider Moon Milestone Events Co. will reserve the time and the date
agreed upon. For this reason, the reservation fee stated in the contract is non-refundable and
non-transferable and non-consumable (but deductible from the total package price), even if
the event cancelled for any reason including acts of God or nature, fortuitous events/ force
majeure, calamity, fire, strike and/or extreme weather. The reservation fee stated in the
contract is non-refundable and will be forfeited in case of cancellation or change of date.

2. For the crew meal of the team, which is shouldered by the client, we prefer food allowance
of any amount for 10 pax, but whatever is prepared is much appreciated.

3. For cancellation of contract, the following limitations are as follows:

a. If the client cancels this agreement, all payment made shall be forfeited;

b. Cancellation made 1 month below, including the day before the event will be
charged Php 47,975.50. All payments made are forfeited. This will be subject to
legal process if not settled;

c. However, in case the event date is directly affected by unexpected serious natural
calamities or any government-mandated implementation regarding a complete ban
of events, limitations a and b may not be applicable. Instead, the client has the
privilege to reschedule.

4. NO PARTS and even IDEA, THEME or CONCEPT in the files that have been sent can
be reused and shared to others for any purpose as this is strictly confidential and solely
for the use of the Moon Milestone Events Co. team only. Any disclosure, either verbal or
written will be considered violation to copyright and intellectual property rights subject to
legal process.

SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE UNDERSTANDING

The agreement contained in this Contract constitutes the sole agreement between the provider Moon
Milestone Events Co. and the signatory/ies. It becomes effective only when signed by both parties.
