Incident Report on Damage Assessment

Date of Inspection: February 28, 2025

Location: Alibunar Wind Farm

On the aforementioned date, we conducted an inspection at the Alibunar Wind Farm following a
report of damage. It was observed that one of the blades of the wind turbine sustained significant
damage. These wind turbines are advanced structures designed for harnessing wind energy to
generate electricity, consisting of a tower and rotor blades that convert kinetic energy from the wind
into mechanical energy.

During our assessment, it was noted that the entire blade had detached from the turbine and had
