Carrier acknowledges that RXO Capacity Solutions, LLC’s, RXO Capacity Solutions, Inc.’s and/or Coyote Logistics, LLC’s customers or
shippers may have special requirements for this shipment. By accepting the shipment described in this load confirmation, Carrier
agrees to the rates and charges stated in this load confirmation and to special requirements communicated to Carrier by, as applicable,

All equipment must be company owned and clearly labelled-no leased equipment will be allowable
Metal roof and swing doors required. Food Grade trailers only. 53 DV required unless otherwise specified. Drivers must have two
load locks/ straps to secure product when arriving to shipper
Failure to comply could result in a full claim on the product. If shipment is multi stop each facility must reaffix a new seal after the
previous has been broken by facility personnel and is to be noted on the driver’s paperwork.
The COVID-19 outbreak has caused disruption within the supply chain and driven heightened awareness
and action around prevention and risk mitigation. RXO expects that all service delivery providers are vigilant
in their efforts to mitigate risk to their employees, our clients and the end consumer. Please review and
follow all guidelines posted by the National Institutes of Health (www.nih.gov) and Centers for Disease
Control (www.cdc.gov) during this shipment.
During the Covid crisis, for any driver that has to enter a Pepsi Facility, the site will instruct where the designated entry point is so that
temps can be monitored. Entering in through the warehouse or receiving will not be allowed. Note: this is only if the driver has to
enter the PepsiCo Facility and not when entering facility gates.
***All accessorial requests and paperwork needs to be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the
declination of accessorial charges ***
Loading requirement: While driver is still at Frito shipper facility, they must break the seal, secure the load with either 2 straps or bars,
and then reseal the trailer with official Frito seal that is provided by the shipper with the BOL. Must be done prior to leaving facility.
Driver to advise RXO of any issues prior to leaving Frito facility.

Paperwork must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery : Rate will be reduced by $ 50 for late or missing POD/BOL.
POD required : POD must be received by RXO within 48 hours of delivery

reimbursement
Seal required : Any trailer arriving without the original seal intact will be subject to rejection and carrier will be responsible for any claims
filed for rejected product.
Notify RXO immediately of any issue that will delay delivery : $ 150 fine if RXO is not immediately notified of any issue that will delay
delivery
TONU: $150 : Trailer rejections will not be paid TONU

RXO Requirements
Carriers must provide RXO with timely updates of arrival/departure at all stops and while in transit by utilizing a method of auto tracking
or by calling 833-TRAK RXO (1-833-872-5796).
Any discrepancies or incident affecting transportation such as overages, shortages, damages, trailer seal discrepancies, failure of any
temperature control equipment or other conditions that may render (or may have rendered) food unsafe during transportation, or
detention must be reported immediately. All accessorial charges must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be reimbursed.
