Subject: Formal Resignation
Dear Principal,
Please accept this formal letter of resignation from my position as a teacher at Ladybird School
Lahore. My last day of employment will be May 10, 2025.
This has been a considered decision, prompted by the increasing challenges I face in effectively
balancing my responsibilities at the school with the demands of my Bachelor of Science (BS)
studies. To ensure I can dedicate the necessary focus and commitment to my academic pursuits, I
have concluded that it is in my best interest to resign from my teaching position at this time.
I am sincerely grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of the Ladybird School Lahore
community since my joining date on March 5, 2025. I have deeply valued the experiences and
professional growth I have gained during my tenure here. Please be assured of my commitment
to ensuring a smooth transition during my remaining time here. I am willing to ensure the
continuity of my responsibilities until my departure on May 10th.
Thank you for your understanding in this matter. I wish you, the faculty, and Ladybird School
Lahore continued success in your future endeavors.
