I say that the said matter is on today board i.e.


06.05.2025. I say my Advocate on record is not receiving
my call or neither giving me information and status of case
and therefore is no communication between me and my
Advocate therefore. I am desire to appoint new Advocate
namely Dilip Rajbhar and Vinit Rai in my matter , hence I
want to change my earlier Advocate. My earlier Advocate
Bhim namely Bhimanna Meti is not ready to give
NOC to me for appointing new Advocate.

I therefore request kindly allow me to change my
previous Advocate on record without his NOC and allow me
to appoint new Advocate for my pending case before this
Hon'ble Court.

I therefore request adjourned the matter for next date
