About the Role
The Back End Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining a functional and stable
website to meet company needs. This includes writing clean and efficient code, troubleshooting
server-side
side issues, and collaborating with the design team to ensure seamless integration of user
user-
facing elements with back-end
end logic. The role also invol

design requirements, and continuously working on improving website functionality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a functional and stable website to meet company needs
needs.
Write clean code for functional website development.
Troubleshoot and debug server
server-side issues.
Collaborate with the design team to integrate user
user-facing
facing elements with server-side
server logic.
Gather and address technical and design requirements.
Key Deliverables:
Measure the percentage of back back-end
end development projects completed within the scheduled
timeframe.
Evaluate the quality and cleanliness of server
server-side
side code through regular reviews.
Monitor the performance and stability of server
server-side
side applications and services.
Track the average time taken to identify and fix server
server-side
side issues and bugs.
Ensure seamless integration of user user-facing elements with server-side
side logic.
Assess the effectiveness of collaboration with the design team and other stakeholders.
Evaluate the ability
ity to incorporate new technologies and ensure the technical feasibility of
server-side solutions.
Monitor the uptime and reliability of server infrastructure and services.
Measure the impact of server
server-side
side performance on overall user experience.
Encourageage continuous learning and staying updated with emerging back back--end development
technologies and practices.
Qualifications:
B Tech or Engg. Diploma in CS & IT.
Technical Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field.
2-3 3 years of experience in back
back-end development.
Strong portfolio showcasing technical skills and previous projects.
Experience in Laravel Web Development.
Working knowledge of CMS frameworks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP & Python.
Basic understanding of server
server-side CSS pre-processing platforms.
Experience in coding with AI
Experience with SEO
Soft Skills:
Team player with strong problem
problem-solving skills.
