the Cape Town office. The team that I'm on is super collaborative and innovative. Being a CSA at AWS
exposes me to cutting edge technology.

My day-to-day activities include helping customers with complex issues that may span across multiple
AWS services. I work on some really cool developer services like Lambda, API Gateway, Amplify, Step
Functions. As someone who loves helping people and someone who is very customer obsessed, this has
been a very fulfilling role for me.
