Do you want to turn it into one? <Y>: t- Y (for Yes)
Enter an option: t- J (for Join)
Select objects: Specify opposite corner: (Enter)
Select objects: p- Remaining Lines on the Large Profile
Enter an option: (Enter)

Convert Lines into Polylines (Plines)

From the Modify II Toolbar p- Pedit


Select polyline [Multiple]: p- Any Line on the Small Profile
Do You Want to Turn it into one? <Y>: t- Y (for Yes)

Select Objects to Revolve: (Enter)
Specify Axis Start Point or Define Axis by: p- pt#1 using (**** Endpoint)
Specify Axis Endpoint: p- pt#2 using (**** Endpoint)
Specify Angle of Revolution or <360>: (Enter)

Select Objects to Revolve: p- Small Profile
Select Objects to Revolve: (Enter)

Move the Small Cylinder onto the Larger Cylinder
