Hello, my name is Manuel José Baracaldo Zambrano and I am going to write about my life in the schools I have attended.

I started my school life when I was 3 years old at Nuestra Señora del Luxemburgo school in the Julio Caro neighborhood
where I attended kindergarten, kindergarten and transition. Although I don't remember much of this time I will always
remember my friends Isaac, Paula, María José, Carlos and Samuel with whom I shared 3 years of my life. Some days I
would get bored of the classes and hide in the playground behind the playground where the teachers would come to
pick me up, my mom would go for me every day or my Uncle Hernan would sometimes take me home since my cousin
Manuela studied 1 year below me. The normal school schedule was from 7 am to 1 pm, the first day of school I left early
at 10 am, but my mom picked me up at 12, leaving me alone in the school for 2 hours with the teachers. In this school
they focused on handicrafts, something I always hated, leaving complete workshops to do, my mom always helped me
with the handicrafts, she even did them alone while I played. Once transition was over my mom had been recommended
a school, the San Alberto Magno school, where my mom did the admission process, we had a talk with the rector,
Professor Hernando, who told us about the school and its methodologies. To enter this school I had to take an entrance
exam, just that day I had chicken pox but I took the exam anyway, when I arrived at the school they made me line up in a
cement soccer field where they explained to me what the exam consisted of, when I entered the room I realized that one
of my friends from the previous school was also taking the exam and I was glad to know that at least I knew someone
around me, I was placed at the back of the room to take the exam and while I was taking the exam I realized that a boy in
front of me lifted the paper completely showing me the first page of the exam and there I could read his name Andres
Felipe Bernal Garnica copying me the first page of the exam. After a few months I was told that I was accepted in the
school entering to study in the San Alberto Magno on February 1, 2014, the first day of classes I arrived very distrustful of
the place and scared a child behind me did not want to enter and was crying, with that I got scared and I no longer
wanted to enter but the teacher Diana Jaramillo told me to enter, At lunch time we were taken to the dining room and
we were placed in a garage disguised as a classroom with dinosaurs on the walls, I had lunch with my classmates Juan
Pablo Parra and Andres Felipe Bernal. Throughout this year I was adapting to the new school and its stricter
methodology in academics, but I met my new classmates who to this day have been with me, a classmate of mine in first
grade was Samuel Pinzon a boy who liked Mario Bros something that fascinated me at that time I always wanted him to
be by my side in the post, but sadly he died of leukemia. In second grade new classmates arrived who are still with me
and this year they changed the Spanish teacher for a teacher named Martha Isabel Ortiz, a teacher that I will always
carry in my heart, this year in an English class we were doing the English book when my classmate Andres peed in the
middle of class, in the outings Andres' aunt and my mom went together so Andres and I went out together for the rest of
the year nothing interesting happened. In third grade came another friend of mine from the previous school Carlos, with
whom I began to talk every day and became a very close friend, in the fourth period I had to recover for the first time a
subject, mathematics, something that would continue for the rest of the years. In fourth grade a new biology teacher
arrived, Bibiana, she taught me a lot of biology, which I had not understood so much before. In fifth grade a game was
very popular was Fortnite, game that Daniel Leon showed me and game that I would take much affection, we exchanged
PlayStation ID to play together after school, this year was beginning to form the tuna magna, where I started in vocal
with the girls in the choir also this year we took a picture with samuel, Carlos, Andres and I made a promise to get to
eleven together, whatever happened this year was marked by a high demand of English from our course director Diana
Vargas, a teacher who accompanied me throughout elementary school, and rehearsals for the graduation of fifth grade.
The ceremony was in December, but I did not attend because I was traveling with my family in the Holy Land at that time,
I remember that I had to recover math and I was scared not knowing if I had passed that recovery, but during the trip I
was told that I had passed the year so I was happy to finish elementary school. In 2019, sixth grade, things were different
with new teachers, new subjects and new methodology, things that made me feel scared and worried about high school,
they changed the name of mathematics to algebra, they added philosophy and chemistry, things that to this day I still
find hard to understand, new classmates arrived like Luis Alberto Alvarez my best friend now together with Andres, the
music teacher Oscar Mora created the tuna magna again and most of the sixth grade was there, this time I was in
tambourine with Santiago Barajas another close friend of mine, we had rehearsal in the afternoons until 5 in the
afternoon, Once Pinzón locked Mariana and Poveda together in the classroom until Oscar Mora scolded him, another
anecdote was when it was raining very hard and we started playing soccer in the courtyard and the principal scolded us,
The tuna was presented in different events or in the flag raising of the school, in those times after school played Fortnite
with Santiago Pinzón, Daniel León, Carlos Rodríguez even created a concept of a skin for the game that later would reach
the game. In seventh grade the face-to-face classes lasted until March 13, 2020, the day I turn birthday, on Sunday of
that week President Duque announces that on Monday there will be no classes, at that time I was playing with Carlos
and we started to celebrate that there were no classes, the next day they announced that there would be no classes for 2
days in those days we played and talked, then they implemented the virtual classes, my favorite time, the first weeks I
paid attention to the classes playing only in the breaks Fortnite with León, after a while the men of the course created a
Discord server to be able to talk and play, we started to play almost every day at all hours most of us, games like
minecraft, Fortnite or gartic phone with that we entertained ourselves in the pandemic, on weekends I would get up and
play fortnite from 10 in the morning with cesar, Andres and my friends online until 11 at night, all hours in a row, after a
while the school announced the alternation, I was in that alternation, we were a small group in the classroom bothering
with the teacher or talking to each other. When we all felt fear was when they announced the fourth period evaluations,
the Spanish teacher, Rocio Aldana, made us do a review workshop for these evaluations, that workshop I transcribed it in
Word to have it to study for the evaluation, thus giving birth to the summaries of the subjects, a kind of explanation of
various topics for an evaluation, These evaluations were completely different, some in one schedule and others in
another, fortunately most of us stayed in the same schedule, most of us studied together at night and in the mornings
until 7 in the morning, when it was the chemistry exam, Gabriel and I got up at 3 in the morning to study to be able to
pass the exam. The plan every day was simple: Andres, Pinzon, Santiago and Tuta came to my house to take us all to
school together, we took the exam and we would go home together and repeat that for a week. When they gave the
consolidated notes we were in my house Andrés, Tuta, Simón and I waiting for the notes when they told me that I had
passed in clean I screamed like crazy and ran through the house. In ninth grade with the biosecurity measures we had all
returned to school, it was the craziest year we have had, in English class we did nothing because the teacher never put a
control so it was free time, however algebra that year was very difficult because of the teacher, he was a disgusting
teacher and did not dictate well, he just dictated there and if he did not understand it was bad for me, That year I was at
the doors of a coexistence committee because I was very annoying with Cesar and we bothered in all classes, once in a
physics class we were playing to slap each other with Parra, Andres, Cesar and I but luckily they only took Parra and
Cesar to the Rectory, also in an English class we painted our faces, Cesar and I, in a class we jumped through the stalls, at
the entrance of the school I wore heels one day,
