Makia Capital is a SEBI-registered Category 1 AIF specializing in pre-IPO, anchor, and preferential
investments. Based in South Extension, Delhi, we focus on identifying and nurturing high-potential
companies, crafting strategic business roadmaps, and guiding them toward going public through the
SME platform or a mainboard IPO.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join our team. This role begins as a 3- month
internship with the opportunity for a full-time position based on performance. The analyst will be
responsible for conducting investment research, financial modeling, and market analysis to support
our investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth research on upcoming IPOs, emerging sectors, and investment
opportunities
• Prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, and reports for internal and external
stakeholders
• Support due diligence processes, including evaluating company financials and management
quality
• Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• Assist in structuring pre-IPO and anchor investments
• Track market trends, regulatory updates, and key economic developments affecting SMEs
• Engage with promoters, investment bankers, and other market participants to assess
Who Should Apply?
• CFA Level 2 cleared / Semi-Qualified CA / MBA (Finance)
• Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in investment research
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fundamental understanding of financial modeling, valuation methods, and report writing,
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing ideas, supporting colleagues, and
fostering a collaborative work environment
