Course Details Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) Diploma in Personal Training (DPT)
Practical Training Sessions 21 25
Duration (in hours) 3hrs each

The Practical Training module is conducted OFFLINE. To ensure personal attention, regardless of the total batch
strength, the Teacher-to-Student Ratio is maintained at 1:6 with each group, assigned one K11 Master Trainer.

 In the Practical Training Session, your Master Trainer teaches you the
form and technique of exercises, while the other 5 students observe.
 As you learn how to perform a particular exercise, the other students
focus on learning how to teach that exercise.
 When it is your batchmates' turn to perform the exercise, you and the
other 4 students will learn how to teach that exercise. This includes
exercise and machine set-up, spotting, and cueing techniques.

As a result, you are not just learning how to perform the exercises yourself but also learning how to effectively
teach them to others, which is exactly the job of a PERSONAL TRAINER.
